We offer classroom and online
food safety courses for the Alberta food safe certificate in English and French.

Classroom course

• Course approved by Alberta Health.
• Quick Certificate delivery.
• 1-day course
  including 1-hour exam at the end (minimum 70% pass).
• Only $105 per person including GST.
• Certificates are sent the next day.
• A minimum of 10 people is needed for a classroom course, please check the calendar in the menu for classroom courses.

Online course

• Course approved by Alberta Health
• Only $105 per person including GST
• Complete the course, including the quizzes, at your own pace within 4 weeks.
• After completion of the course, you will select a proctor to which I will send the exam for you to take.
• The proctor sends me your exam answers, I grade them and inform you of the results.
• If passed (minimum 70%) I will send you your food safety certificate valid for 5 years.
• You can retake the exam for free if you do not pass.
